What Is Canine Massage?

PAWsitive Touch SM Massage

PAWsitive Touch Massage is a very gentle way of massaging your dogs.  PAWsitive Touch Massage is a combination of traditional Swedish massage, Japanese Shiatsu acupressure applications and companion animal massage therapies such as Healing Touch, PetMassage and T-Touch.

Since every dog is individual, PAWsitive Touch can customize canine massage & acupressure instruction program according to your dog's physical and emotional needs.

Benefit of PAWsitive Touch SM Massage

There are a number of ways in which massage can help your dog.  Here are just some of them.

Easy and helpful method to assess and maintain overall wellness.

*  Brings you into closer and more intimate contact with your dog, allowing early detection of abnormalities or changes (such as possible indications of medical problems, parasites, etc.)

Increases circulations of the blood and lymph to the areas of the body.

*  Comforts tired muscles by removing build-up of lactic acid, and alleviates pains.

*  Restores range of motion and increases flexibility.

*  Speeds up recovery time after surgery or injury.

*  Enhances general sense of calming and relaxation, and reduces stress.

 *  Increases the bond and trust between owner and dog - it's a great way to show your love to your dog.

 *  It's fun and is great quality time you can spend with your pet!

It's beneficial for humans, too.  It is scientifically proven that touching animals can lower your blood pressure and help relieve your stress.

!!  Please remember that massage is complimentary care for your dog's health, and it is NEVER meant to replace or substitute any veterinary care!!
